The impact of Coronavirus has affected every one of us in some way, shape or form, so as lockdown measures change, schools plan to re-open and employers are encouraged to bring their staff back to the workplace, it’s a great time to get your head back on track, banish that anxiety and get some structure back into your life for the way ahead.
Our Zoom session will hear from award-winning Mindset and Business Coach, Fiona Drake, on the ways you can do this with tips on:
- How to create healthy wellness habits – such as morning routines and what to include.
- How to help yourself eat better, sleep better and worry less.
- How to turn your mindset state from negative to positive.
- How to use use affirmative language and engage in a positive way with everyone you work with.
- Ways to create community, inclusion and bonding with your work colleagues.
- The call will conclude with a Q&A session.
