In this interactive masterclass we look at 7 keys stages of export growth planning and consider some of the main questions facing business leaders such as: Why internationalise? How should we prepare for Brexit?
We consider strategies for overcoming perceived and real barriers to export growth, addressing areas such as: ensuring your products and services are export ready; identifying markets; managing sales and marketing; addressing language and culture; your people and skills; finance and operations.
We will also explain how to access advice and support from the Department for International Trade, North Cheshire Chamber and our partners in the UK and overseas.

Sara is an International Trade Adviser at the Department for International Trade. She has over 25 years’ experience working across global regions as a project manager, business director and international trade adviser. Sara helps business leaders to define their export growth ambitions and achieve increased export sales, drawing upon her knowledge, experience and networks to accelerate their international growth. She writes and speaks about business internationalisation, intercultural communication and marketing and has performed on prestigious platforms including TEDx and Northern Power Women Live.
