In this engaging and interactive breakfast workshop, author and executive coach Nick Robinson draws on his new book, The 9 Types of Difficult People. He explores practical strategies to quickly improve workplace relationships and team dynamics by understanding and managing people and their behaviors.

Nick Robinson has over two decades’ experience as an Executive Coach, working with managers across every size and type of organisation – from SMEs to multinationals, public sector to private.
He’s a former Chartered Accountant, a Certified Professional Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, a Graduate of the Newfield School’s Mastery in Coaching programme and has served two terms on the national governing Council of the Institute of Directors.
Before becoming a coach Nick had large-company experience in senior Finance, Corporate Strategy, Human Resources and Project Director roles. He now specialises in one-to-one and team coaching for difficult people and tough teams at work.
