We are delighted to inform members of North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce that the Chamber has joined forces with Harts Chartered Accountants and Orbit Developments as sponsors of the quarterly The Business Club lunches for 2023.

The very popular, business-focused networking events will take place throughout the year at Hollin House Hotel, in Bollington.

Terry Hayward, CEO of North Cheshire Chamber said, “we have been considering adding some lunchtime events to our events calendar for some time and this was too good an opportunity to pass up.  The diversity of the attendees and the quality of the speakers that The Business Club attracts made this a very easy decision and it will compliment the breakfast and evening business events that we already run.  I look forward to working with Harts and Orbit to develop and grow the Club.”

The format of each meeting remains the same as 2022. Meet at 11.45 for informal networking followed by a key speaker, plus two spotlight speakers and a two-course lunch.

This One Day Emergency First Aid at Work course will provide the knowledge and confidence to administer First Aid and is designed for anyone looking to be a qualified Emergency First Aider in their workplace.

The course is ideal for those working in low risk sectors (offices, shops) and provides training for a wide range of scenarios. By the end of this course you will have covered knowledge,  such as the roles and responsibilities of the first aider and how to assess an incident, and also first aid skills, including CPR and the use of an AED, and how to provide first aid to a casualty who is choking and dealing with external bleeding and hypovolemic shock.

The cost of the course is £65 for Members and £80 for Non-Members

Booking Policy: Bookings must be paid for prior to seven days in advance. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of an event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will not be refunded.

The mission of Sales Club - delivered by Sales Geek - is to change the way the world perceives sales.

Our Chamber Programme 'Sales Club' will allow North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce attendees to learn valuable sales lessons that are immediately applicable to their business, and the event promises to be a uniquely Geeky experience chocked full of fun, engaging and informative content - with only one thing asked in return: that everyone should "talk about Sales Club!"

In this interactive Masterclass, facilitator Jon Whitby will provide attendees with education and updates on the latest thinking, discussions surrounding real life scenarios and  insights and feedback that attendees can apply direct to their business. The practice techniques will be carried out in a workshop format and the event will therefore also be the perfect platform for networking with fellow attendees. Polls, quizzes, and  Q&As will be used to make fun and engaging content geared around proven world-class practices & methodologies, and the content will be ‘example led’ i.e. all theories discussed are within the framework of usable case studies.

The Sales training Masterclass, will last up to 1.5 hours (depending upon the levels of interactivity), and is being held at Champneys Mottram Hall Hotel, Macclesfield. Refreshments will be provided on arrival.

The course is FREE OF CHARGE for NCCOC Business Community and due the limited numbers of availability it is advisable to book your spot early to avoid disappointment.

Booking policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the training session to free up a spot for someone else that might like to attend.
